3.Mengelola pelaksanaan Performance Management System (PMS) mulai dari sosialisasi kepada karyawan, cascading KPI dari organisasi ke individu, pengumpulan form-form PMS (planning, review, dan appraisal), analisis hasil Performance Appraisal dan menyajikannya dalam bentuk laporan sebagai bahan kajian Management dalam pengelolaan SDM selanjutnya



4.Menyusun konsep dan materi Corporate Culture sebagai nilai dasar yang harus dimiliki setiap karyawan dalam bekerja dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada seluruh karyawan



5.Mengelola kompetensi umum (generic competency) yang perlu dimiliki setiap karyawan beserta pengembangannya.



6.Menyusun strategic HR report seperti revenue/headcount, cost/headcount, employee related cost/total cost, productivity analysis, dsb
