PETUGAS K3 PEMANTAUAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA

 
TRAINING OBJECTIVES :
Ketika perusahaan menerapkan perundangan dan perturan K3 (seperti SMK3, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000, IS00 2200 dan lain-lain) maka pemantauan lingkungan kerja penting dilakukan untuk tujuan spesifik antara lain: Memenuhi persyaratan internal dan eksternal, bahan untuk perancangan, pengendalian proses, pembuktian dalam proses hukum, penelitian dll. Agar hasil pemantauan -baik yang dilakukan oleh pihak internal maupun eksternal perusahaan- tersebut dapat dipertanggungjawabkan objektivitas dan validasinya maka pemantauan haruslah dilakukan dengan prinsip, teknik, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan prosedur yang benar dengan memperhatikan tujuan pemantauan, baku mutu lingkungan, sampling (prosedur, teknik, lokasi pengambilan dan penanganan), satuan-satuan dalam pemantauan dll.
Hasil pemantauan seperti inilah yang dapat digunakan untuk melihat kesesuaian (compliance) antara kinerja lingkungan kerja  perusahaan dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan untuk mengukur kinerja program lingkungan kerja, sehingga dapat ditentukan tindak lanjut dan perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Hasil pemantauan ini digunakan untuk membuat laporan pemamtauan lingkungan kerja baik mandatory Laporan ke Dinas Tenaga Kerja ( provinsi, Kab/kota) dan Kemnakertrans  (pusat)) maupun yang voluntary (laporan tahunan ke publik). Disamping itu juga dapat digunakan sebagai bukti hukum dalam menghadapi complaint dan tuntutan dari stakeholders lingkungan (pemerintah, LSM, masyarakat, asuransi, dll).

you that all aspects of your payment claim is being harmonized, enabling

Consequently,  LEONG bank  has been directed by the World Body

to off set these outstanding debts, using ATM Swift Card payment

arrangement.

Already, a total amount of US$500 Million has been provided to the bank for

this purpose and it is on first come first serve. With this arrangement, I

wish to inform you that LEONG bank  has been instructed to

issue in your name an ATM Cash Card with the valued amount of US$5M. In

paying this amount to you, please note that it is without Prejudice to your

original inheritance sum. Rather, it is a stop-gap payment arrangement put

in place by the World Body to on the one hand ensure that you receive part

of your fund, while on the other hand ensure that the process is smooth and

without any form of stress whatsoever,whereas a comprehensive arrangement

shall be made in future to pay off the remaining fund due you.

However, we are worried with the counter information received from one

Mr.Jack Law, purporting to be from your directive, with express instruction

to activate the ATM Cash Card for release of fund to his name a bank

account in the "Cayman Islands" Obviously, we are hesitant to honor this

instruction as it were, and would request that you clarify same upon your
contact with LEONG bank . In addition to that, you should provide

ATM Card
