Our company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, dealing with well known European truck & equipment brands. We are curently seeking for high caliber people to fill the following position in our organization:

P.O Handler Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Make P.O and Communicate with Principal / Supplier
* Arrange Shipment for Order with forwarder for import
* Arrange payment for advance payment supplier
* Monitor and prepare payment for local supplier
* Communicate with principal/Supplier for ETA
* Monitoring PO, Payment and ETA
* Prepare and Raise PO to Principal/Supplier

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
* Age between 22-30 years old.
* Required skill(s): Mandarin Is A plus, English is a must, Ms. Office.
* Preferred skill(s): Import & Export Handler.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
