1. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER

• S1 or S2 Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering;
• Having 6 years experienced in quality standard development, quality management implementation, quality audit;
• Able to set up program and budget;
• Good understanding of TPM;
• Certified Quality Auditor, Certified ISO 9001 Auditor;
• Computer Literate.

2. SENIOR IN HOUSE LAWYER

• S1 or S2 Degree in Law;
• Having 5 years experienced in legal department or reputable law firm;
• Having knowledge in corporate and general business laws is a must;
• Experienced in drafting and reviewing contract, and also in handling corporate and litigation process and disputes relates to operation and business;
• Familiar with contract monitoring of compliances and management of contracts;
• Holding advocate lisence is preferable.

3. INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERINTENDENT

• S1 or Master Degree in Accounting;
• Having 4 years experienced in preparing audit plan and audit program and conducting audit field work;
• Experienced in preparing audit report and follow up audit progress report;
• Able to handle any relevant ad hoc or consulting task.

4. INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Accountancy or Finance;
• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.

5. REGULATION COMPLIANCE

• S1 Degree in Law;
• Having 4-5 years experience, especially as legal auditor;
• Familiar with regulation compliance;
• Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining.

6. BUSINESS ANALYST

• S1 Degree in Industrial, Informatic, Electronic, Physics, Mining Engineering or Economic;
• Having 3 years experience as business analyst;
• Having excellent communication and presentation skill;
• Familiar with mining business & ERP, IT methodology & framework.

7. MAINTENANCE PLANNING SECTION CHIEF

• S1 Degree in Engineering;
• Having 3 Years experience as maintenance planners from material handling facility involving equipment used in conveyors, stackers, shiploaders, power gensets, reclaimers, pumps, chains, barge unloaders, cranes;
• Having good knowledge with maintenance aide software, MEX (maintenance Expert, MAXIMO or Crowks).

8. MECHANICAL SECTION CHIEF

• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Having 3 years experience as maintenance mechanical engineer from material handling facility involving conveyors, stackers, shiploaders, power gensets, reclaimers, pumps, chains, hoist, craines, continuous barge underloaders;
• Having good knowledge of hydraulics system and application.

9. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Having 2 years experience as maintenance engineer from material handling facility involving conveyors, stackers, shiploaders, power gensets, reclaimers, pumps, hoist, craines, barge underloaders;
• Having good knowledge of hydraulics system and application.

10. GEOTECHNICAL SECTION CHIEF

• S-1 Geology;
• Having 3 -5 years experienced in Coal Mining to handle geotech, slope stability & amd (acid mine drainage);
• Having good knowledge of geological mapping, geological analysis & geological exploration;
• Good computer skill specially for Minescape & Slope Stability software;
• Good knowledge about rock mechanic, slope stability & Acid mine drainage managemen.

11. GEOLOGIST

• S1 Degree in Geology;

12. MINE GEOLOGY & PLANNING MANAGER

• S1 Mine Engineering or Geology;
• Having 10 years experienced in Mining;
• Knowledgeable in Mine Planning Training, Mine Evaluation, Mine Reclamation Planning, Mine Operation Management, Mine Environment Management.

13. MINE TECHNICAL & DATA DEPT. HEAD

• S1 Mine Engineering;
• Having 6 years experienced in Mining technical;
• Familiar with mining software;
• Responsible to ensure availability of Mining Master Plan and report of Mine Technical & support.

14. MINE OPERATION SUPPORTING DEPT. HEAD

• S1 Mining Engineering;
• Having 6 years experienced in auxiliary machine utilization;
• Familiar with mining software;
• Responsible to ensure all equipment productivity and performance fit to the plan, water pumping is conducted according to target, and the availability report on mining progress & production target.

15. MINE PLANNING SECTION CHIEF

• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering;
• Having 3 years experienced in Mine Planning and Mine Operations;
• Familiar with mining software.

16. SHIFT ENGINEER

• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering;
• Having 3-4 years experienced in Mine Operation.

17. MINING ENGINEER

• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering;
• Fresh graduate -3 years experienced in mine planning or operation;
• Familiar with mining software.

18. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

• S1 Degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related field;
• Having 10 years experienced in handling HR Department (Industrial Relations, training, recruitment, administration, expat formalities).

19. ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

• S1 or Master Degree Mine Engineering, Management, Law;
• Having 10 years experienced in Mining;
• Knowledgeable of Government Regulation concerning Mining, Manpower and HSE;
• Responsible in develop and propose administration devision s KPI, Set up administration devision department s SOP and controlling its implementation;
• Certified in "Kepala Teknik Tambang".

20. ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPT. HEAD

• S1 or Master Degree in Management or Accountancy; Having 5 years experienced in handling asset management, budget, and Warehouse activity;
• Responsible in prepare and propose asset management dept. budget and SOP, assets database, and stock control.

21. PURCHASING DEPT. HEAD

• S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering major;
• Having 5 years experienced in handling asset management, stock control, and warehouse activity;
• Responsible in prepare and propose purchasing dept budget, and SOP.

22. IT COORDINATOR

• S1 Degree in Information Technology;
• Having 3 years experience as IT;
• Able to prepare and propose IT dept. budget, SOP, and controling its implementation.

23. QUALITY SECTION CHIEF

• S1 Degree in Engineering;
• Having 3 years experienced in quality section;
• Certified in ISO 9001 : 2000;
• Certified in Lead Auditor;
• Able to monitor the implementation of quality tool in all department;
• Having good understanding of quality system and procedure.

24. SURVEY SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Geodetical Engineering;
• Having 1-2 years experienced in mine operation;
• Familiar with mining software;
• Able to handling all survey administration, and calculating monthly coal and OB progress.

25. CRUSHING PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

• S1 Degree in Industrial/Mining/Electrical Engineering/Geology;
• Having 5 years experienced in field marine or related;
• Knowledgeable in safety;
• Having good understanding of crushing plant process, stockpile management;
• Familiar with conveyor and crushing system.

26. PORT OPERATION DEPT. HEAD

• S1 degree in Marine/Industrial/Mining/Electrical Engineering/Geology;
• Having 7 years experienced in port operation;
• Knowledgeable in transportation and shipment;
• Having good understanding of process loading, stockpile management;
• Familiar in handling the flow coal/material balance stock yard;
• Responsible in controling and command subordinate at Port Stock yard, contact government, control loading, set up budget and control, control quality and quantity product;
• Certified in POM.

27. PORT SUPERINTENDENT

• S1 Degree in Marine;
• Having 5 years experienced in port operation;
• Knowledgeable in transportation and shipment;
• Having good understanding of process loading, stockpile management;
• Certified in POM;
• "MPB" 3rd class certified (Mualim Pelayaran Besar) is preferable.

28. LABORATORY NAG SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Chemical Engineering;
• Having 2 years experienced in chemical handling analysis result;
• Able to monitor and report NAG (Net Acid Generation) analysis;
• Able to maintain lab NAG activity and chemical handling;
• Certified in safety Chemical Handling.

29. GA SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Social Science or Hotel and Tourism Management;
• Fresh graduate - 2 years experienced in Hotel or Tourism industry.

30. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• Having 2 years experienced in handling crusher or conveyor at mining industry.

31. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG

• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering;
• Having at least 5 years experience as "Kepala Teknik Tambang";
• Having good understanding of Mining Operation;
• Knowledgeable in QSE, Mine Reclamation, and Rehabilitation;
• Certified in "Kepala Teknik Tambang";
• Having good relationship/network with government institutions.

32. NON TECHNICAL MANAGER

• S1 Degree in Geology, Mine Engineering, Business or Social;
• Having at least 5 years experienced in handling GA, HR, External Relation, Community Development, Accounting and Finance.

33. GEOTECHNICAL TECHNICIAN

• S1 Degree in Geology or Mine Engineering, sub major in Geotechnical;
• Having 1-2 years experienced in handling drilling loging, geotechnical analysis;
• Able to operate mining software is preferable;
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

34. EXTERNAL RELATION SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Social and Political Science or Law;
• Having 1-2 years experienced in monitoring all permit, land compesate and in building coordination with government officer;
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

35. ENVIRONMENTAL SECTION CHIEF

• S1 Degree in Environmental Engineering;
• Having 3 - 4 years experienced in handling environment system, manage and reporting data system.

36. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Having 1-2 years experienced in Human resources;
• Responsible to handling human resources development.

37. LAB SAMPLING & ANALYSIS SUPERVISOR

• S1 Degree in Chemical Engineering;
• Having 2 years experienced in chemical handling sampling and analysis result;
• Certified in safety Chemical Handling.
