RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Job Title: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Directorate: Human Resource
Location: Narogong, Bogor
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting all recruitment activity as agreed and planed refer to recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably majoring in Psychology
and Profession degree as Psychologist will be an advantage,
- Experiences:

4-5 years in HR, especially in Recruitment area.
*
Must be experienced in conducting competency assessment including behavioral interview
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:
*
Able to be independent and objective during recruitment decision making, without external intervention
*
Able to make a comprehensive interview report
*
Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
