Brand Manager (BM)
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager / Marketing Director, the Brand Manager is responsible to manage and develop brand strategies as well as execute brand plan to meet organizational objectives. In collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager, this role will involve managing agencies, reviewing creative, managing the budgets and creating and engaging marketing campaigns. The Brand Manager will lead projects from concept to delivery, analyse research, develop brand strategy and sit on cross-functional teams.
In summary, this position is in charge to drive company's brand growth by developing aggressive brand strategy, strategy and manage resources allocation in driving brand portfolio.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in Management/Business/Marketing
*
Experiences 5-8 years experiences managing the entire marketing mix as Brand Manager preferably from FMCG industry.
*
English proficient
*
Good interpersonal skills
*
Planning and organising skills
*
Problem solving & decision making
*
Strategic, creative, analytical and logical thinking
*
Posses confidence, knowledge in consumer good product, promotion, market research, consumer behaviour and market trends awareness
*
Financial acumen setting budgets, working within budgetary guidelines and achieving set targets
*
Business acumen
*
Communication skills – both oral and written
