BUSINESS SUPPORT APPLICATION OFFICER (BSAO)
Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions for its expanding banking operation
BUSINESS SUPPORT APPLICATION OFFICER
Provide efficient and optimal service to user in term support for SunSystems Finance, MS Sharepoint and Business Objects Applications.
Ensure that Helpdesk tickets are responded to, and to resolve it or redirect it according to escalation procedure.
Advisory to the other teams within IT on knowledge gathered from the investigation of an issue.
Support for Incident reporting and resolution and corrective/preventive action.
Contribute in review (annually) of Application Support Operation workflow/procedures.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
Having experience at least 2 (two) years in Banking or IT industry, especially SunSystem Finance, MS Sharepoint and Business Objects
Self starter and highly motivated person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit
Able to work well under tight deadline
Good command of English, both in written and verbal
