Responsibilities:
* The job holder is responsible to develop a profitable Credit Card and Personal Loan businesses for Medan.
Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor's (S1) degree from reputable university
* Has minimum 5-10 years experience in consumer industry preferably in credit cards business
* Possess management skill in the area of Sales, Marketing & Service and some exposures in consumer collection will be an advantage
* Has strong leadership and visionary thinking
* Good communication skills both written and spoken in English
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has strong drive to succeed
* Possess high degree of integrity
