Our company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, dealing with well known European truck & equipment brands. We are curently seeking for high caliber people to fill the following position in our organization:

Human Resources Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Directs and manages all HR activities for the area including attraction, selection, reward & compensation, development & reassignment of personnel;
* Act as a focal point for assigned area or function, answer questions & provides information ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements;
* Keeps abreast of legislation affecting humans resources: trains management & monitors Company policies to ensure compliance;
* Conduct recruitment effort for all levels of personnel. Includes new employee orientation, employee relations, counseling & conducts exits interviews
* Monitors integrity in the preparation, maintenance & updating Company systems & HR information to ensure that all pertinent personnel information are properly captured, effectively manage & maintained at all times.

Requirements:

* A minimum S1 degree in Human resources management/Psychology
* A minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities Thorough knowledge of Indonesian HR practices & regulations - Demonstrated good management & organizational skills - Ethical, resourceful, self-motivated & self starter
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good fluent written and oral English is essential
* Ability to plan & manage work in an efficient manner and to demonstrate not only initiative but also assertiveness.
