MARKETING COORDINATOR
Position Overview :
* As part of the marketing team, maximise the performance of the Quiksilver and Roxy brands through the implementation of planned marketing activities.
Key Tasks
Planning and Implementation :
*
Assist in the development of the marketing plans for the region.
*
Assist in the development of tactical initiatives in response to market conditions and opportunities.
*
Coordinate the successful execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives.
Facilitation and communication duties :
*
Ensure effective and regular communication with the sales and marketing team to maximize the impact of regional and local efforts via proper coordination.
*
Ensure distribution of relevant information to the sales and marketing teams and retail partners in a timely and professional manner.
*
Action all support requests and queries of retail partners in a timely and professional manner.
*
Continually monitor market trends for new opportunities presented within the market.
Other :
*
Assist in the coordination and implementation of training and development initiatives for the department and distributors and/or branch offices.
*
Identify and in liaison with the Marketing and Sales Manager, coordinate the implementation of systems and procedures to improve the operations of the department.
Financial Responsibilities/Duties :
*
Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plans and Financial Budgets for the department and use this as a guide to controlling expenditure during the financial year.
