Vice President Strategic Planning

As Vice President Process Management you will have responsibility to create strategic planning for budget and control system. Manage quality and process improvement together with quality audit team. You will also have responsibility to manage research.

You must have graduated from bachelor degree from industrial engineering, finance and/or accounting, with minimum 6 years working experience in handling strategic planning, quality and process, and research. Experience in FMCG will be advantage.

Competences in leading through vision and values, strategic decision making, aligning performance for success, building partnerships, and customer focus are required.
