Senior Human Resources Executive (SHRE)
JOB DETAILS :


*
Review and establish HR and Administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance to government regulations and Corporate/Regional policies & procedures
*
Direct, supervise, and drive full recruitment and hiring activities
*
Direct, supervise, and drive training and development initiatives
*
Drive employee annual performance appraisal and staff confirmation process
*
Administer wages and labor related matters
*
Establish, monitor, improve HR and Admin + organizational work flow and processes
*
Ensure employee database is well maintained and up-to-date
*
Involve in the budgeting process and be responsible for HR & Admin related budget

REQUIREMENTS :


*
Bachelor Degree from a recognized university with major course work in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Business Administration, or equivalent
*
Minimum 8 years HR related experience, of which min. 3 years in supervisory role
*
Working experience in manufacturing environment is essential
*
Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java or Sidoarjo – East Java
