in managerial position with following experiences and skills :


Recruitment & Training Manager (RTM - W)

Summary of the job

* Responsible for new employee recruitment process (interviewing,
testing and selecting candidates)

* Completion of reports on employment activity and orientation of new
employees

* To develop the careers of excellent employees

* To build bench strength

* To develop and deliver designated training program

* To manage a training centre

Qualifications

* Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Education or Psychology or Training and
Development is advantages

* At least 8 years of related experience in multinational company

* Extensive knowledge of human resources policy and procedure and
Government laws regarding employment practices required

* Ability to so speak effectively in interpersonal situations

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

* Managed a learning and development or training department or
environment

* Proven abilities in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating
learning and development and training programmes

* Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as
well as part of the team

* Proven track record in people development

* Proven administrative abilities
