NATIONAL SALES HEAD (NSH)



Job Specification:

a. Qualification :
1) Minimal a Diploma / S1 degree in any discipline
2) Hold a Life Insurance Certification by AAJI
3) Fluency in English both oral and written
4) Good professional track record

Experience :
1) Minimal 5 years working in life insurance company with 3 years holding a position of a team leader of a sales team.
2) Bancassurance experience is a must.
3) Building sales team members in achieving their target

Knowledge :

1) Understand the concepts of life insurance

2) Motivator and team player
