Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in HR Generalist such recruitment, human resource management/service and general affair is required for this position.
* Local applicants are most recommended
* Have understanding of Indonesia Labor law.
* Have good relationship with "Dinas Tenaga Kerja" in local branch.
* Have Can do attitude, Communication & Relationship Building, Conceptual Thinking, Developing Others, Integrity, Teamwork
* Willing to have employment status as local employees.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
