Organization & HR System Development Officer
Report to: Human Resources Manager
Key Accountability Areas :
Coordinate, review and design organization structure as required to meet company's business requirements.
Develop and maintain updated Job Description for all employees in order to ensure applicable role and responsibilities of the employees
Conduct workload analysis, coordinate and determine manpower planning to maximize affectivities and efficiency workforce in the company.
Develop and implement HR system and procedures (Performance Management Systems, Career Management System and HRIS) to maximize HR system implementation in the company that will be integrated with other HR system i.e. training or competency base, merit system, career path.
Develop company employee regulation and conduct review periodically to ensure its compliance with Indonesian labor law.
Conduct and coordinate job evaluation process to ensure its applicability as a basis for reward system and other HR application in the Company.
Coordinate and facilitate annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycle to ensure consistent application across the Company.
Develop annual budget for human resources project to ensure project budget efficiency.
Bachelor Degree with background specifically in HR/business Management and Psychology with minimum GPA 2.75.
At least 5 years of working experience in overall HR system and organization development at Oil & Gas Industry.
Preferable having experience in leading HR projects with consultant.
Preferable having knowledge in Workload Analysis, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organizational Diagnosis & Assessment, Career Management & Succession Planning.
Understand of Indonesia Labour Regulations and current trends and concepts in Human Capital Area.
Able to operate Microsoft office.
Preferable has TOEFL score minimum 450, good communication and written for doing presentation and set up new SOP
Able to work in tight schedule as well as maintain good spirit as a team member.
Persistence, proactive and showing continuous interest to learn.
Good interpersonal skill.
