As part of our commitment to widen the operational coverage and enhance services around Indonesia, we are now looking for self driven and dynamic professional to join our team as:

Area Sales Managers (1 for Jakarta-based, 1 for Bali-based)

Reporting to the Head of Region, you will be taking care of all of the full sales aspect within your assigned area, from its planning, organizing, actuating until the controlling. It would mainly include ensuring the sales performance, and managing and guiding the sales force.



In details, you will be taking care of:

Ensure the subordinates, sales supervisors and team leaders, achieve the sales target set
*
Responsible for the product spreading to the level of retailers levels
*
Analyze the existing channels, and review for their developments
*
Manage the sizeable team, including their development
*
Monitor the stock levels in channels

If you:

*
hold a University Degree in related majors,
*
has previous proven track record in sales experience, in telco/FMCG/ related products, of a minimum of 4 years working experience in managerial level,
*
posses key attributes such as strong result oriented attitude, sound leadership skill, good analytical skill, fine interpersonal and communication skill (including negotiation skill), innovative, and has team working spirit,
