Internal Communications Manager Post

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of internal communications plans and activities across the organization.

Job Descriptions:

- Develops, facilitates and executes, maintains and evaluates communications program plans.

- Responsible for implementing internal communications plans across the organizations. Ensures consistency and compliance with Plan.

- Work closely with other corporate communications team, as well as with other departments, to ensure strategic coordination and implementation of communications plans and activitites.

- Develops and recommends budgets for specific programs and projects.

- Appropriately schedules and assigns work to ensure smooth, accurate and timely work flow within the communications program team and to accomplish communications program goals.

- Develops, writes, edits and produces communications materials such as newsletters, presentations, announcements, posters, and intranet communications materials as well as work closely with the IT Department to ensure interesting, frequently updated and useful content for NTS intranet.

- Manages special events including content, logistics, and presentations.

- Leads and manages special projects relates to company wide communications activites.

- Support Senior Manager Corporate Communications.



Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English or related field.

- Minimum 5 years communications experiences.

- Prior experience developing and implementing an effective strategic internal communications program for a large corporation.

- Excellent writing and editing skills.

- Web and print production experiences preferred.

- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects.

- Demonstrated expertise in understanding the needs of internal audiences and in delivering appropriate messages using a variety of vehicles.
