REQUIREMENTS :
* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring in Psychology from reputable university will be an advantage
* Having minimum a year working experience, preferably in banking or other financial business
* Solid knowledge in recruitment system, selection tools, and sourcing method is a must
* Exposure in conducting interview for pro hire would be an advantage
* Interview skill using behavior event interview method
* Good interpersonal and people skill
* Excellence in English both written and spoken
