PM & LUBRICATION TEAM LEADER

Job Title : PM & LUBRICATION TEAM LEADER

Directorate : Manufacturing

Location : Cilacap



Scope of works:

The incumbent will be responsible to manage Preventive Maintenance Inspectors and Lubrication Team for supporting Maintenance Manager to obtain real, measurable and practical benefits in the performance of monitored equipment along with reliability of equipment at lowest sustainable cost, base on Condition Based Monitoring, Conduct field and lubrication inspection on all plant mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment as scheduled and maintain in the master PM schedule.



Requirements:

· Education : University degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

· Experiences :

- Min.3-6 years experience in cement plant maintenance and certified

in condition monitoring area (vibration analysis level II, NDT Inspector,

oil analysis, etc

- Expert in Preventive / predictive maintenance (CMRP professional

or similar).

· Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP

· Language : Good command of English, both oral & written.

· Other qualifications :

o Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process.

o Understand what the maintenance management policy and can interpret into section objectives.

o Understand how to maintain and updates the preventive and lubrication maintenance program.

o Know in depth the specification and principle all of critical equipments including its critical parts.

o Knowledge of analyzing oil (physical & chemical composition).

o Understand lubrication system all of machines.

o Know how to do and analyze alignment and balancing matter.

o Having the base knowledge on how to use the measurement tools.

o Ability to manage budget and planning.

o Understand ISO management program.

o Good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
