Legal Senior Executive
Job Description:
1. Preparing contract, drafting and reviewing contract or agreement and others Legal Documents.
2. Document control and verification, including Legal Complinaces for contract process.
3. Assisting other business units in negotiating contract with any third party.
Job Qualification:
- Male/Female with 2-3 years experience on Legal Department or Contract Management (experience in Telco Industry is preferebly);
- Exepericnces in contract drafting;
- Ability to work with detail. independent and able to work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal relationship and organizational skills;
- Proficient in English writing and conversation.
