Tasks & Responsibilities :
Responsible for organization development activities in SEMM
Build framework and design for Competency based Career Management program
Define initiatives to build Performance-oriented Culture
Maintain organization design, structure, job descriptions and KPI
Performance Management – measurement and alignment
Evaluate and redesign compensation and benefit structure
Revisit and Improve System and development of HR SEMM
